A message from Jesse Franklin, Board President: Join me at the BE LOUD Breakfast

This past year has been an extraordinary one in bringing sexual assault to the forefront of the national conversation.

Now, more than ever, is the time for you to step forward as a Table Captain and gather others to join you at KCSARC's 2018 BE LOUD Breakfast on Wednesday, February 28th, 7:00-8:30am, at the Seattle Sheraton.

 Register as a Table Captain!

The movement to end sexual violence has recently gained powerful momentum, and it is generating a shift in our culture unlike any KCSARC has seen in 40 years of working with survivors. For me as President of the KCSARC Board of Directors, it truly feels like a pivotal moment for this issue and for everyone invested in how we tackle it.

As we have hoped for many years, more and more individuals, news outlets, elected officials, and thought leaders are willing to speak out publicly against sexual violence.

Together, we are amplifying the voices of survivors, and changing behaviors, beliefs, and attitudes about sexual violence.

Your participation will help us BE LOUD with our advocacy and prevention work, in addition to our social justice programs and trauma-specific therapy. To see some of the things that your support has already made possible, please review our Impact Report.

Before calendars fill with 2018 commitments and travel, please confirm your participation at the Breakfast. Table Captain leadership and involvement is what makes our largest fundraiser of the year a true success. We'd love to hear from you by December 31, 2017.

If you have questions or would like to learn more, please contact our External Relations Team at beloud@kcsarc.org or call us at 425.728.1227.

Or, if you're not able to join us in person but still want to support the breakfast, consider hosting an online fundraising page.

Thank you for being an incredible part of this community. I look forward to seeing you on February 28th.
