KCSARC Board of Directors

A 25-member Board of Directors serves as a policy making body for KCSARC. The Directors are responsible for determining the mission of KCSARC, setting overall governing policies, and determining the functions, activities and courses of action of the organization. The Executive Director reports to the Board and is accountable for all the activities undertaken by staff. Each contributing as a major donor, KCSARC board members serve as ambassadors in the community to advance KCSARC's mission.

Subcommittees of the Board include: Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Government Relations Committee, Board Recruitment Committee, Planning and Evaluation Committee, Development Committee, Board Policies Taskforce, and numerous Event Planning Committees. KCSARC seeks a diverse Board that is representative of the community.
