Theresa Craw

Theresa Craw is director of the Kaizen Promotion Office at Virginia Mason Medical Center.  Prior to her current role, she held the positions of director of ambulatory care services and director of marketing.  She is a 2008 graduate of Seattle Leadership Tomorrow and currently serves on the curriculum committee, focusing her attention on health and wellness curriculum.  Passionate about coaching, she serves as a mentor for young leaders through City Year.  Theresa is a member of West Seattle Christian Church and resident of Beacon Hill.
