Jeffrey Pyatt has served on the board of KCSARC since 2009.  Mr. Pyatt's civic activities include having served on the boards of three Boys and Girls Clubs, serving as past president of Eastside F.C., co-founding the Lake Washington Velo cycling club, and participating in the Marymoor Velodrome Association.  He also currently serves as a member of the King County Parks Citizens Oversight Committee.

Mr. Pyatt is a founder of Pyatt Broadmark Management, a commercial real estate finance fund in Seattle.  He has been in the asset-based lending business since 1994. 

Mr. Pyatt received his undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Master of Taxation degree from the University of Denver.  At that time he joined the tax department of Moss Adams, a regional CPA firm in Seattle.  After leaving public accounting, Mr. Pyatt was involved in a number of acquisitions, dispositions and turn-around of companies in the Northwest. These companies had revenues ranging from less than $1 million to more than $700 million, both privately and publicly held.  He has also participated in the initial financing rounds of a number of telecommunications companies and currently serves as a Director of 911 ETC, Inc.

Mr. Pyatt is a co-owner of Shepherd Hill Livestock, a naturally-raised cattle and sheep ranch in eastern Colorado.
