Consultation and Training Services
KCSARC Consultation and Training Services
We offer specialized training and consultation to professionals in King County. Individual or group consultation is available to educators, counselors, administrators, and other professionals regarding:
- Sexual and interpersonal violence
- Date and acquaintance rape
- Child sexual abuse
- Prevention strategies
- Sexual harassment, biased-based harassment, and bullying
- Handling disclosures of child abuse and mandated reporting
- Curriculum development
- Conducting support groups for adolescents
KCSARC's Prevention Department is OSPI certified to provide OSPI clock hours for in-service training to school staff. We can provide technical assistance to staff who want to integrate the activities into an existing curriculum.
